Whether the loss is recent or occurred years ago, GriefShare offers a safe and understanding environment for those who have experienced the death of a loved one.
WHO IS GRIEFSHARE FOR?
GriefShare welcomes anyone who has lost a loved one, regardless of their age, background, or religious beliefs. The program is specifically designed to help individuals process their emotions, find healing, and learn coping strategies for navigating life after loss.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT GRIEFSHARE?
-
Supportive Community: GriefShare groups provide a community of individuals who understand the pain of loss. Participants can share their experiences, find comfort in knowing they are not alone, and build supportive relationships with others on a similar journey.
-
Expert Guidance: Each GriefShare session includes a video featuring respected Christian counselors, pastors, and individuals who have experienced loss. These videos offer practical insights, biblical perspectives, and personal stories of hope and healing.
-
Interactive Discussions: After the video, group members engage in open and honest discussions about the content and how it relates to their own experiences. This provides an opportunity to share, learn from others, and process grief in a safe and supportive environment.
-
Workbook and Resources: Participants receive a workbook with helpful exercises, journaling prompts, and resources to support their grief journey throughout the week.
